A trauma-informed course for survivors

Come home
to your body.

Your body. Your pace. Your choice.

Learn to love yourself, and your body, again, after sexual assault or rape.

For all genders. At your own pace. Never alone.

A complement to therapy, not a replacement, built with safety at every step.

Trauma-informed throughout Clinically advised For all genders Go at your own pace
If this is you

You've done the work.
So why does it still feel like this?

You may have spent years in talk therapy. You understand what happened. And still, the disconnection remains. That's because it doesn't live in your mind. It lives in your body.

·

You understand the theory, but you still can't reach it. The knowing hasn't changed the feeling.

·

Your own body can feel like the enemy, something to leave or ignore rather than live in.

·

Your body responded at the time, and you've carried a private, unbearable shame about that ever since.

·

You flinch when someone reaches for you, and then feel guilty for flinching.

·

You've quietly argued yourself out of your own experience, telling yourself it didn't count, wasn't bad enough, wasn't really that.

·

You're exhausted from a vigilance no one else can see, always scanning, never fully able to rest.

·

You're grieving a person you were before, and a loss no one ever gave you permission to mourn.

·

You perform "fine" all day, then feel hollow the moment you're alone.

None of this means you are broken. Every one of these is a known, named response to trauma, not the truth about who you are.

Why nothing has worked all the way

Talk reaches the story.
RECLAIMED reaches the body.

Trauma doesn't only live in your memories, it lives in your nervous system, in a body that learned to brace, to numb, to leave. That's why understanding what happened hasn't been enough. RECLAIMED gently guides you back into your body, in the right order, at a pace you control, reaching what talk alone often can't.

The method at the centre

A named path back, not just good intentions

The HOPE Method moves through four gentle phases, in the order the nervous system actually heals. Together they spell the thing this work is quietly here to return to you.

H

Honour

Meet your body and its history without shame. Naming, as neutral fact, with full permission to feel.

O

Orient

Find safety first. Your window of tolerance and a grounding anchor, before you go any further.

P

Presence

Come back into contact, gently, by your consent, only ever as far as feels right.

E

Embody

From tolerance to tenderness. Meeting whatever arises, including "no", and arriving at self-compassion.

The approach

Three steps home, in the order healing happens

Reconnection before meaning. Meaning before reaching outward. You never move faster than what feels safe.

Pillar One · Body

Come back into your body, safely

The first steps home

First, release the self-blame with a true understanding of why your body responded as it did. Then, gently, relearn your body as a place you can live, including the parts no one else will help you with.

  • It Was Never Your Fault, put down the blame you were never meant to carry
  • Your Body Is Yours Again, start with the parts that already feel safe
  • The Parts No One Else Will Help You With, the HOPE Method, graded and opt-out
Pillar Two · Heart

Move what trauma left behind

Where the weight lifts

Honour the grief for what was taken, and let anger be the healthy signal it always was. Then separate yourself from the story trauma wrote, and begin to author a truer one.

  • Set Down What Was Never Yours, safe, contained release for grief and rage
  • Rewrite the Story You Were Given, challenge the core beliefs trauma installed
  • Affirmations that actually work, never toxic positivity
Pillar Three · Connection

Reclaim pleasure, and reach outward

Coming fully back to life

Restore your right to feel good, sensory before sexual, and deepen the relationship with yourself first. Then, only if and when you want to, rebuild safe intimacy with another.

  • Your Right to Feel Good, reclaim pleasure and permission, learning to say yes to your own desire, not only no
  • Come Home to Yourself, a sustainable daily practice of self-intimacy
  • Letting Love In Again, optional: rebuilding trust and consent with a partner
The full path

Eight modules. Three pillars. One method.

Every module is named for what you get to become, not the topic it covers. You move in the order healing happens, and never faster than feels safe.

Pillar One · Body
1
It Was Never Your Fault

Put down the blame you were never meant to carry, and feel your first moment of safety.

2
Your Body Is Yours Again

Begin to live in your body again, starting with the parts that already feel safe.

3
The Parts No One Else Will Help You With The HOPE Method

Reconnect with the part of your body that holds the most shame, gently, safely, and on your terms.

Pillar Two · Heart
4
Set Down What Was Never Yours

Finally move the grief and anger trauma left in your body, safely, and with nothing forced.

5
Rewrite the Story You Were Given

Stop living inside the story trauma wrote about you, and start authoring a truer one.

Pillar Three · Connection
6
Your Right to Feel Good

Reclaim your right to feel good in your body, sensory first, and never rushed.

7
Come Home to Yourself

Build a daily relationship with yourself that holds long after the course ends.

8
Letting Love In Again Optional · when you choose

Rebuild safe intimacy with another person, entirely optional, entirely at your pace.

Why it's different

The books can teach you. RECLAIMED holds you.

There are wonderful books for survivors, and many people begin there. RECLAIMED is what a book cannot be: a guided, paced path through the body, with people beside you, and a method that takes you through the part that's hardest to say out loud.

The work no one else will do with you

The HOPE Method

A step-by-step, trauma-informed path from avoidance, to neutral ownership, to self-compassion for your own body, whichever parts apply to you. It is non-sexual, fully opt-out, and paced entirely by you. A named, guided method for the work most resources leave you to navigate alone. It is the reason RECLAIMED was built.

Every practice is opt-out
Content warnings throughout
You work within your window of tolerance
A crisis protocol is built in
Designed for all genders
A clinician hand-off note to share
How it runs

Self-paced depth, with people beside you

Self-paced

Video lessons, somatic audio, and a workbook for every module. No timers. No "behind."

Weekly live calls

Trauma-informed group integration. Cameras optional. Listen-only always welcome.

A safe community

A private, moderated space so you walk this beside others who understand.

Support when heavy

A visible crisis pathway at every step, and 1:1 support when you want it.

What you're moving toward

Imagine the life on the other side

Not "getting over it." Something better, coming home.

"I can be touched without leaving my own body."

Closeness that feels safe again, on your terms, at your pace.

"I can look at myself without shame."

A relationship with your own body built on compassion, not avoidance.

"I feel like myself again."

Not a survivor defined by what happened, a whole person who happens to have survived.

A new beginning

Be among the first to come home

RECLAIMED is opening its doors to a founding cohort: the first survivors to walk this path, held and guided from the very start. Rather than borrowed words or invented praise, here is exactly what we promise you.

You will never be rushed. Every practice is paced by you, opt-out at every step, and yours to pause whenever you need.
- Our promise on safety
You will not be alone. A guided method and a moderated community mean you are held, not handed a book and left to manage by yourself.
- Our promise on holding
You will be met with honesty. We will never invent a testimonial, overstate a result, or claim to cure. We will simply walk with you.
- Our promise on truth

As our founding survivors complete RECLAIMED, their real, freely-given words will live here. We will never use a story that isn't true and consented, that is part of what makes this a safe place to begin.

Your fair questions

The things worth asking first

Will this re-traumatise me?
Every practice is opt-out and paced entirely by you. Every module carries content warnings, and a crisis protocol and referral pathway are built in. You are always in control of what you do, when, and how far you go.
Is this therapy?
No. RECLAIMED is trauma-informed education and self-development. It works alongside your therapist, and we encourage that, but it is not a substitute for professional care. A note you can share with your clinician is included.
I've already tried everything. Why would this be different?
You've likely tried talking. RECLAIMED reaches what talk often can't, the body, and walks you there gently, in the right order, at your pace.
Isn't this just for women?
No. RECLAIMED is built for all genders. The language never assumes who you are, or who harmed you.
What if I'm not ready for the intimacy parts?
Then you simply don't do them. The partner and intimacy material is optional and sits at the very end. Most of the course is about your relationship with yourself. Finishing without it is a complete and successful outcome.
What if I start and it isn't right for me?
You have 30 days. If RECLAIMED isn't the right support for you, for any reason, write to us and we'll refund you in full.
