Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These terms explain the basis on which RECLAIMED is offered. By using this website or enrolling in the course, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
What RECLAIMED is
RECLAIMED is an educational and developmental course. It is a complement to professional mental-health care, not a replacement for therapy, medical treatment, or crisis services. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.
Not a substitute for professional help
Nothing on this website or in the course is medical, psychological, or legal advice. If you are in crisis or need clinical care, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis service, see our Support page for resources in your country.
Your participation
- Participation is voluntary and self-paced. You may pause or stop at any time.
- You are responsible for your own wellbeing and for seeking professional support where needed.
- Course content is for your personal use and may not be copied, shared, or resold.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day refund as described at the point of purchase. If the course is not the right support for you within that period, contact us for a full refund.
Course access and intellectual property
Your enrolment gives you personal access to the course materials for your own healing and education. The videos, audio practices, worksheets, PDFs, community materials, copy, frameworks, and the HOPE Method content remain the intellectual property of RECLAIMED and its creators.
- You may download included files for your own personal use.
- You may not share login details, copy course materials, publish lessons, resell downloads, train others using the course content, or use the materials to create a competing product.
- Community screenshots, student posts, and private member discussions may not be shared outside the course space.
Results and earnings disclaimer
RECLAIMED makes no promise of a specific personal, therapeutic, relationship, financial, or business outcome. Any examples, testimonials, or stories on the site are individual experiences, not guarantees. Results depend on many factors, including your circumstances, readiness, support network, professional care, consistency, and choice to engage with the practices at a pace that is safe for you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RECLAIMED is provided "as is," and we are not liable for outcomes arising from your use of the course. This does not exclude any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here.
