Learn to love yourself, and your body, again.
After menopause took something with it, and nobody told you what happens next.
You did everything right.
You went to the doctor. You asked the question that took months to work up to. You got the panels, or the scan, or the prescription, and the tissue improved, and the sleep came back, and the numbers looked better.
And desire did not return.
Nobody warned you about that part. There is a great deal of help available for the physiology and almost none for what sits on top of it. So you assumed the gap was you.
It is not. The gap is real, it is well documented, and nothing in the standard pathway was designed to close it.
What is actually missing
Medicine restores tissue. It cannot restore a relationship.
Somewhere in the last few years the ordinary running conversation between you and your own body went quiet. You stopped checking in because the answer stopped coming. The body noticed the question was never really being asked, and it filed the question as pointless.
That is the thing that has to be rebuilt, and it rebuilds in the body, on a schedule. Not through more information. You already have the information.
What the work is
RECLAIMED runs on the HOPE Method. Four phases, worked in order.
Honour
Naming without shame. Meeting the body as it is now, including what has changed, as neutral fact.
Orient
Finding safety first. Your window of tolerance and your grounding anchor, established before anything else is asked of you.
Presence
Coming back into contact, gently. Reclaiming the gaze, then safe self-loving touch, beginning far from the body and moving inward only by consent, only ever as far as feels right.
Embody
From tolerance to tenderness. Practised in tissue, on a schedule, until the body has new evidence. Insight is not the outcome. Changed signal is.
What it is, and what it is not
- It is not a hormone protocol. It sits after that conversation, not instead of it. Keep your clinician.
- It is not sexual performance work. Nothing here is about frequency, technique or anyone else's satisfaction.
- It is entirely opt out. Every practice can be paused, repeated or skipped. There is no behind.
- It is paced by you. You work only inside your window of tolerance.
- It does not require a partner. The relationship being rebuilt is with yourself. Everything else runs through that one.
Who this is for
- Women in perimenopause, menopause or the years after, where desire has gone quiet and the clinical pathway has run out of things to offer.
- Women who have been told the numbers are fine.
- Women in good relationships with people who ask properly, who find the answer will not come.
Held safely
Content warnings before anything difficult. Opt outs on every practice. Grounding tools at any point.
There is a clinician hand off note you can give your doctor or therapist, so this runs alongside your care rather than parallel to it.
RECLAIMED is a complement to professional care. Never a replacement for it.
What you get
Foundation
The complete curriculum, worked at your own pace.
Supported
Everything in Foundation, plus live sessions and a community space held separately for this track.
Guided
Everything above, plus a pacing plan built with you and priority access.
If something older is in this too
Midlife has a way of bringing old material back up.
Some women start this work expecting it to be about hormones and find something underneath it that has been there a long time. If that happens, you are still in the right place. The assault track material is available to you at no extra cost, gated behind content warnings so you choose when and whether to open it.
Nothing about that is a detour. It is often the actual work.
The part of menopause nobody prepares you for.
RECLAIMED walks all four phases, in order, at your pace.
